- Manage, develop, and grow a global team of SDRs to deliver and exceed opportunity targets
- Execute currently successful processes while developing new tactics to improve efficiency and leveraging metrics to measure activity and results
- Deliver Marketing, SDR, and Sales alignment with initiatives and processes that support strong lead management
- Develop and deliver training programs to help hit key objectives
- Create and deliver regular reviews including overall strategy of the sales development team and measuring the lead indicators towards to end goals.
- Recruit, develop and retain exceptional talent

Desired Skills & Experience:
- 5+ y ears in demand generation within SaaS
- Proven track record of developing marketing strategy, managing systems and processes and overseeing media budgets.
- Advanced knowledge of best practices in B2B marketing automation, demand generation, and rules-based nurturing
- Experience with targeting, segmenting and profiling of prospects and customers
- Deep understanding of marketing automation systems, with experience creating and maintaining advanced lead scoring and nurturing programs
